Oxford University Scout and Guide Group

The Chair organises weekly meetings and is responsible for overseeing the rest of the committee. 

The Table is the previous Chair and ensures committee handover goes smoothly.

The Secretary is responsible for looking after our membership database, registering members with SSAGO and taking minutes at Termly General Meetings.

The Treasurer is responsible for looking after the club accounts and budget.

The IT Officer manages the website, mailing list and Facebook page.

The SSAGO Rep is responsible for representing OUSGG at SSAGO meetings and updating members about SSAGO events.

The events coordinator is responsible for organising events such as camps or dinners
